March 2014

March 2014 and training is going nice and steady, I have changed my diet slightly and I have slowly started to increase my running distance. I had Grantham half marathon which I really enjoyed. There was 1 small hill and two larger challenging hills. I managed a time of 1hr 50 mins for the run so managed to knock 2 mins off my previous half marathon attempt.


Total training for March 7 hours distance 83km
